Pre-Ride Safety Checklist

Component Verification Standard
Tire Pressure 3.0-3.4 bar (PSI marked on sidewall)
Brake System Rear disc locks wheel; E-brake stops within 3m at 7km/h
Folding Mechanism Allen-key tightened per 50km traveled
Battery Seal Charging port rubber flap secured

Critical Prohibitions:
❌ Never modify electronics or remove safety stickers
❌ Never ride at >45°C ambient temperature
❌ Never exceed 65kg weight limit

Operating Instructions

Starting Procedure

  1. Power ON (press button once)
  2. Apply rear brake lever (right handlebar)
  3. Kick-push 3x → engage throttle (blue tab)

Riding Protocol

  • Speed Control: Electronically limited to 25km/h
  • Cornering: Reduce to walking speed (<6km/h)
  • Braking:
    • Lean backward when using e-brake
    • Alternate disc/e-brake to prevent overheating

Pedestrian Safety

Always yield right-of-way • Use bell when approaching • Maintain 2m clearance

Battery Management

Charging Process:

  1. Use ONLY original charger (input: 100-240V)
  2. Connect wall socket BEFORE scooter port
  3. Red light → charging (4-5hrs) • Green light → complete

Storage Guidelines:

Condition Battery Charge Level
Short-term (＜1 month) 80% capacity
Long-term (＞3 months) 50% capacity
Post-deep discharge Recharge within 48hrs

⚠️ Critical Warnings:

  • Fire Hazard: Never charge near flammables
  • Thermal Limit: Discontinue use if battery >45°C
  • Disposal: UAE e-waste centers only (no household trash)

Maintenance Protocol

Weekly:

  • Clean deck with damp cloth (pH-neutral cleaner only)
  • Verify tire tread depth >1.5mm

Monthly:

  • Apply silicone lubricant to folding hinge
  • Inspect brake pad thickness (replace if <2mm)

Post-Accident:

  1. Power OFF immediately
  2. Isolate for 24hrs monitoring
  3. Contact service center before reuse
